Jen Mei graduated in dance from Chung-Hwa High School of Art in Taiwan. She received her Bachelor degrees of Fine Arts in Dance and Choreography from CalArts.

She specializes in modern, lyrical, contemporary, and ballet. Upon graduation, Jen Mei began teaching students of all ages with concentration on adult ballet.
